Mr. Manoj Sahu is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the food industry. After working with several renowned food brands, he identified a gap in the market: while burgers were becoming increasingly popular, they were either overpriced or limited to upscale urban areas—leaving regular neighbourhoods and small towns underserved.
Post-COVID, Mr. Sahu faced the difficult decision to wind down his earlier business. But with resilience and renewed purpose, he used this as an opportunity to build something fresh and meaningful—The Burger Junction – Desi Taste. His vision was to make delicious, high-quality burgers affordable and accessible to everyone, especially in smaller market areas.
Starting from Badlapur, he rolled up his sleeves and got hands-on in the kitchen—experimenting, listening to feedback, and fine-tuning recipes. His efforts soon paid off, turning the brand into a local favourite known for flavour, affordability, and a desi twist.
